Building great refractory products requires brilliant refractory cement and equally good refractory supplies, but what matters more is that the product reaches the customer in equally good condition as it was at the time of quality check in the factory.

 

We value a quality-based production process and the production facility at our factory follows the best quality standards. Our refractories are produced from a combination of natural and synthetic materials, combinations of compounds and minerals such as alumina, fireclays, bauxite, chromite, dolomite, magnesite, silicon carbide, and zirconia.

 

Refractory manufacturing comprises four processes beginning with raw material processing, followed by forming, then firing, and finally processing. Raw material processing consists of crushing and grinding of the raw materials, followed if necessary, by size classification and raw materials calcining and drying.

 

Our entire production process is in adherence to high-quality standards and ensures that every batch ensures our vision to provide quality refractory castable and quality refractory products.

 

We ensure that our customers receive the products in the same condition as it was when it is delivered out from our factory whether our client is in a local or an oversea destination. All this is efficiently possible through the implementation of our automated packaging system.
