REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
At RRM, producing high-quality refractory products requires not only quality raw materials but also strict control at every stage of production. What matters most is ensuring that the product reaches the customer in the same excellent condition as it was after final quality inspection at the factory.
We follow a quality-driven production process that meets the highest industry standards. Our refractories are made from carefully selected natural and synthetic materials, including alumina, fireclay, bauxite, chromite, dolomite, magnesite, silicon carbide, and zirconia.
Material Loading: Raw materials are dumped into a receiving hopper via manual dumping.
Weighing: To ensure accuracy, material is loaded into a weigh hopper that sits on load cells to measure the exact amount required by the formulation.
Material Transfer to Mixer: The material is transported from the hopper to the mixer via a
conveyor belt.
Mixing/BlendingMixing: The mixer combines the materials to form a homogeneous product.
The mixture is stirred for a set time depending on the recipe requirements.
Discharging: Once mixed, a door at the bottom of the mixer opens to release the material. The mixed material will be transferred to the discharge hopper. A screw conveyor feeds the mixed material from the discharge hopper to the packing machine.
PACKING PROCESS
We ensure that every product reaches our customers in the same condition as it leaves our factory, whether for local or overseas delivery.
This is achieved through our efficient automated packaging system, which helps maintain product integrity and protects the materials throughout handling and transportation.
