At Refracon Refractories Manufacturer (RRM), we cater to a wide range of refractory products. We are known for delivering high-quality refractory products and supplies that perform reliably even in extreme conditions.
DENSE GRADE
A range of material to cover temperatures from 1350°C to 1800°C
General applications (E.g. boiler work, general furnace applications, burner blocks, specialty muffle furnaces and wood-fired ovens)
GUNNING GRADE
A range of material to cover temperatures from 1400°C to 1800°C
Mixed with water at the nozzle of the gunning
equipment to enable easy placement of refractory. Suitable for bulk material placement in conditions where formwork is impractical or time consuming.
LOW CEMENT GRADE
A range of material to cover temperatures from 1400°C to 1800°C
Varying in Alumina content, excellent physical properties (lower porosity, high strength and good abrasion resistance).
Generally, these products require controlled installation, including mixing, water addition and high frequency vibration placement.
RAMMING MASS GRADE
A range of material to cover temperatures from 1400°C to 1800°C
Unshaped refractory material used to line induction furnaces, ladles and high-temperature processing units. which are rammed into place to create a durable, jointless, and thermally stable lining.
INSULATION GRADE
Materials range from temperatures of 1000°C with densities of 400kg/m3 to 1750°C with densities up to 1850 kg/m3
Can be used as either a backup lining or for hot face work. As a backup lining, they are located behind brickwork or dense castables, providing protection while reducing the overall density or cold face temperature.
ACID RESISTANT GRADE
Various features of high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength and strong acid erosion resistance. For all kinds of furnaces and kilns application.
ULTRA LOW CEMENT GRADE
NO CEMENT GRADE
Is a monolithic refractory castable which can service at the temperature of over 1550°C
Mainly consists of refractory aggregate, powder, and aluminate cement as its binder, in which the amount of cement is less than 1.5%.
Has high refractory temperature, high strength under high temperature and good slag-resistance performance due to the low amount of CaO. Also low porosity and high bulk density.
